About Quatsino Apartments

Choose a one- or two-bedroom apartment, unfurnished or furnished, in a quiet building close to town. Each suite comes with a private, secure storage room of its own (no basement lockers here), and the building has its own laundry room. Resident parking is included. A number of suites have been renovated recently, with new flooring and updated kitchens and bathrooms. No smoking and no pets, as in all our buildings.

Furnished suites for work stays

Working in Kitimat on a posting or contract? Our furnished Quatsino suites come with utilities included up to $80 a month, and housekeeping is available if you want it. For more comfort, the executive suites (1 and 2 bedroom) have a renovated bathroom, a new kitchen with a dishwasher, new furniture and a 55" TV, and include internet, cable TV and weekly housekeeping.

I just wanted to pop on to say…..I have lived at the Quatsino apartments for many years….i believe 20. Like any apartment there are people who cause havoc….one thing I have to say….things are always dealt with right away. The service I have been provided over the years has been amazing. Most recently I had an issue. I called and with in 10 mins someone was here and repairs were made. What sticks out to me is, they asked if I was okay. Those simple words impressed me. The staff are all amazing, friendly and polite. From the two wonderful ladies in the office (Deanne and Anna) to the Maintenance crew…..that are there to help I thank you all for what you do! Here’s to 20 more years cause I’m not going anywhere, I love my little corner of the world! Thank you for all you all do! I appreciate you all!

I had a great experience staying at Quatsico Apartments. The place is comfortable, clean, and feels like a good home away from home. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I also appreciate the convenient location and the overall atmosphere of the building. The experience was pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
