About Sandpiper Apartments
One- and two-bedroom apartments, unfurnished and furnished. Every suite has a balcony and its own secure storage room inside the suite - not a basement locker - and hot water is included. There is a laundry room in the building, free parking for residents with some covered parking, and a step-free entrance. Some suites are recently renovated with updated bathrooms, kitchens and new flooring. All our buildings are non-smoking and pet-free.
Executive furnished suites
Sandpiper's executive furnished suites include weekly housekeeping, internet, cable TV and hydro up to $80 a month. The fully renovated executive suites also have a new kitchen with a dishwasher, new flooring and a new bathroom.
